Hi, I’m Zuzana Vass,

a.k.a “Zuzi Arts”!

Welcome to my little corner of the internet. If you’ve found your way here, you probably share my love for art, storytelling, nature and all things creative.

I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember, and after years of learning, experimenting, and chasing my artistic dreams, I now specialize in creating illustrations for children’s books and expressive personal artwork. My style is full of warmth, emotion, and a deep love for children and nature (especially mountains—I can’t help it, they inspire me!).

My journey as an artist has taken me through wonderful experiences, from studying illustration at Palomar College, San Marcos, CA to falling in love with watercolor at MiraCosta College, Oceanside, CA. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors and even win a First Place in Small Image Competition Award at the Del Mar Fairgrounds Art Show—a moment that made me realize this dream was becoming real!
