March is first month of Spring. This is time when first spring flowers pop up from often still frozen ground. We celebrate Spring Equinox on March 20th or 21st. Month of March is also Month of Women`s History Month. March 17th is the St. Patrick Day, when even green eggs and ham would not be an unusual site to see. But I guess Leprechaun and his rainbow with cauldron full of gold is probably most recognizable symbol of this holiday.
